Backend Developer
We have a dedicated software development department that focuses on our internal products that allow everyone else to deliver some of the top-notch, worldwide services. We're looking for experienced PHP Backend Developers to join us.
- PHP/Drupal 10.0/Symfony, Maria-DB/MySQL, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Docker.
- Designing and creating the product architecture;
- Back-end development;
- Analysis of business requirements and design of their implementation based on existing and new systems;
- Modification, implementation and creation of custom modules, components and themes;
- Integration with external services (Payment systems, Salesforce, GDS services, etc.);
- Conducting code reviews;
- Work with version control systems;
- Work in Jira, Confluence.
- 5+ years of backend development experience;
- Strong communication skills and English language;
- Russian language is a must;
- Strong knowledge of PHP (>7.0), code refactoring, coding standards;

- Requirements gathering, elicitation and documentation in close collaboration with stakeholders and development teams;
- Modeling (processes, integrations, etc);
- Development team support (pre-dev, dev, QA);
- Performing Business Review and acceptance testing;
- Business transition support (Q&A, improvements and bug fixes).
- Understanding and knowledge of BA processes and standards (BABOK 3.0 - nice to have);

PPC Specialist (middle+)
Firebird is an international travel company, managing around 40 big and small travel brands and organizing trips for international travelers worldwide. We're now looking for a middle+ PPC specialist with healthy work ethics and passion for Digital Marketing to reinforce the Acquisition unit of our Marketing Team. - Create and upload ads to different advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.);
- Conduct day-to-day monitoring and optimization of ad accounts according to set KPIs;
- Create ad ROI reports on request using Google Analytics, MS Excel or other software;
- Suggest new ideas to improve or optimize ad performance.
- 3+ years of experience in digital-marketing as PPC-specialist;
- Confident knowledge of modern self-serve ad systems (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.);
- Experience working with bulk-editors: Google Editor, Bing Editor, etc.;
- Confident knowledge of Google Analytics 4 platform;

Affiliate Program Manager
Affiliate Management
- Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing affiliate partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing support, guidance, and motivation.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic, conversions, ROI, and LTV.
- Identify underperforming affiliates and opportunities for growth, implementing action plans to improve results.
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies aligned with broader marketing goals.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to provide affiliates with compelling assets and offers.
- Review and approve affiliate commissions and payouts in line with performance metrics and program rules.
- Monitor for fraud, policy violations, and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Manage affiliate tracking platforms and ensure data accuracy.

Engagement Specialist
- Contacting leads assigned on a day-to-day basis using Aircall, the latest automated calling software;
- Pitching products and services and confirming and gathering initial information regarding their travel plan;
- Checking if customers have any future travel plans and collecting initial details like destination, dates, duration, cities they like to visit and level of hotels they like to stay in;
- Transferring the lead to the Destination Specialist and scheduling the next follow-up or call back if requested;
- Informing the client that the Destination Specialist will revert to them upon confirming the above.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to convince potential customers to avail our products and services;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of outbound calls efficiently;
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet targets within set timelines.
