Backend Developer (PHP)
Firebird is an international online travel company that organizes trips to Europe for customers from around the world. We’re expanding both of the product teams and are looking for experienced PHP Backend developers to join us.
Designing and creating the product architecture;
Back-end development;
Analysis of business requirements and design of their implementation based on existing and new systems;
Modification, implementation and creation of custom modules and components;
Integration with external services (Payment systems, Salesforce, GDS services, etc.);

Work with version control systems;

3+ years of backend development experience;

Requirements gathering, elicitation and documentation in close collaboration with stakeholders and development teams;
Modeling (processes, integrations, etc);

PPC Specialist (middle+)

We're now looking for a middle+ PPC specialist with healthy work ethics and passion for Digital Marketing to reinforce the Acquisition unit of our Marketing Team. Create and upload ads to different advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.);
Conduct day-to-day monitoring and optimization of ad accounts according to set KPIs;

Affiliate Management
Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing affiliate partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing support, guidance, and motivation.

Engagement Specialist
Contacting leads assigned on a day-to-day basis using Aircall, the latest automated calling software;
Pitching products and services and confirming and gathering initial information regarding their travel plan;
Checking if customers have any future travel plans and collecting initial details like destination, dates, duration, cities they like to visit and level of hotels they like to stay in;
Transferring the lead to the Destination Specialist and scheduling the next follow-up or call back if requested;
Informing the client that the Destination Specialist will revert to them upon confirming the above.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to convince potential customers to avail our products and services;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of outbound calls efficiently;
