• Designing and creating the product architecture;

• Payment fraud monitoring using anti-fraud systems to decrease decline transactions balancing chargebacks levels and client friction.
  
• Review and reconcile partner accounts and company orders.
  
• Represent chargeback disputes to pursue loss recovery.
  
• Generate reports and conduct data analysis.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• ​​English language (B2).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
