Senior Backend Developer (PHP)
Firebird is an international online travel company that organizes trips to Europe for customers from around the world. We have a dedicated software development department that focuses on our products that allow everyone else to deliver some of the top-notch, worldwide services. Currently, there are a number of commercially available projects in production that are being actively worked on:

- PHP | Drupal 11, MariaDB/MySQL, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Docker.
- Designing and creating the project architecture;
- Back-end development;
- Analysis of business requirements and design of their implementation based on existing and new systems;
- Modification, implementation and creation of custom modules and components;
- Integration with external services (Payment systems, Salesforce, GDS services, etc.);
- Conducting code reviews;
- Work with version control systems;
- Work in Jira, Confluence.
- 3+ years of backend development experience;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong knowledge of PHP (>8.0), code refactoring, coding standards;
- Experience with at least one of the popular PHP frameworks;

Operational Manager in Logistics Department
Firebird Tours is a travel company that organizes upscale tours all over the world. We are known for crafting exceptional travel experiences — and our operations team is the engine that makes every journey run flawlessly. At the moment we are seeking a seasoned Head of Logistics to lead and elevate our end-to-end operational infrastructure. Basically speaking you will lead day by day the team of people organizing the trips for our customers. It will include daily report management making sure deadlines are met and bookings made in time, supporting the team with balancing the workload and providing proper advice. We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking and responsible person who is ready to join a vibrant international company and plan the best travel journeys.
- Lead the identification and implementation of AI-driven process optimisation opportunities.
- Build fluency in AI tools across the team, ensuring practical and smooth adoption.
- Build and maintain operational reporting dashboards that provide real-time visibility into team performance, cost efficiency, and tour delivery quality.
- Define, implement, track clear KPIs and performance standards for all functions within the logistics team.
- Own the incident management process: triage, coordinate response, communicate with stakeholders, and drive resolution of operational disruptions.

Senior React Native Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Mobile App Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in React Native development.
- Work closely with the in-house back-end development team to ensure efficient integration of APIs.
- Work with in-house front-end development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality code.
- Actively participate in development tasks, with a strong focus on React Native coding.
- Conduct code reviews and use best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, BA and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the development process.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in mobile app development, with a focus on React Native.
