Operations Manager / Business Operations Manager

Role Description

We are a growing international travel company looking for an exceptional operator to serve as Operations Manager / Business Operations Manager. This is an operations coordinator role focused on keeping the CEO's agenda, priorities, and cross-team communication running smoothly.
You will coordinate communication between the CEO and the company's Project Managers, Product Managers, and department heads. You'll make sure the CEO's decisions are clearly communicated, statuses are tracked, and the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track all CEO-level decisions and ensure timely implementation across the organisation.
  • Maintain visibility into the company's initiative pipeline — what's in motion, what's blocked, what needs the CEO's attention.
  • Coordinate operational check-ins with department heads and surface risks to the CEO early.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental dependencies and flag misalignment to the CEO for resolution.
  • Prepare concise briefings that keep the CEO fully informed without requiring presence in every meeting.
  • Maintain the CEO's agenda and flag what needs attention now versus what can wait.
  • Act as a neutral facilitator when teams need alignment or a decision pushed forward.
  • Serve as a trusted escalation path that protects leadership bandwidth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff, Project Manager, Operations Manager, or a similar business coordination role.
  • Strong business understanding and ability to quickly grasp commercial and operational topics.
  • Experience with b2c products, e-commerce preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of ownership, discipline, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with senior managers and hold stakeholders accountable in a professional manner.
  • Experience with AI tools and modern productivity technologies is a significant advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience working remotely with a distributed team.
