Travel Specialist (Group Logistics)

Role Description

We design custom group tours across Europe for travelers who want more than a standard itinerary. To keep those trips running smoothly, we need a Group Travel Logistics Specialist who can turn a complex set of bookings — hotels, transport, guides, tickets — into one seamless experience for groups of 10 or more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book and coordinate hotels, transport (trains, flights, transfers), guides, museum tickets, and other travel services for groups of 10 or more;
  • Build and manage day-by-day tour programs in coordination with guides and local suppliers;
  • Communicate with European partners and suppliers in English, by email and phone;
  • Track multiple group bookings simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation;
  • Troubleshoot last-minute changes (cancellations, delays, supplier issues) without disrupting the group's itinerary.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in travel, ideally with group or tour operations (Travel Coordinator, Group Operations Specialist, Travel Manager, Logistics Specialist, or similar);
  • Proven experience booking and managing logistics for groups of 10+ people;
  • English level B2 or higher (written and spoken);
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Comfortable managing multiple bookings and deadlines at once;
  • Reliable, responsive, and proactive under time pressure;
  • CV in English.
